I drink about a six pack of diet coke a day...any suggestions on quitting(hope u didnt think i was talking about something else...lol)

Switch to coffee!! Diet coke contains about 47 mg of caffeine. Although much has been said about negative consequences of caffeine dependence, if you review the recent medical literature you will find surprisingly good things about it. For instance, caffeine is currently being researched as a powerful anti-cancer agent, and it reduces the incidence of Parkinson's Disease. It also keeps you skinny as it stimulates fat metabolism.
The only bad thing is that if you combine it with cigarette smoking you are toasted, greatly increasing your risk of Coronary Heart Disease (heart attacks). It may also be bad for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and for patients that have suffered a stroke. Other than that enjoy your caffeine!!

If you keep it up, the aspartame will give you throat cancer. I am sure that will make you quit.

Aspartame has also been linked to irreversible nerve damage, so maybe one day you won't even be able to feel yourself lifting the can to take a drink.

Diet Coke is evil.

I would cut down. Drink less each day. When you get to one can or one small glass drink that and juice. Slowely ease yourself to juice. Doing it slowely will be better then just cutting it off. You can also use something else besides Juice.

To quit your Coca-Cola addiction, prepare yourself some healthy protein shakes or smoothies, preferably Strawberry-Banana, and drink them. You will feel a great deal better.

sorry if you think im being mean, but you asked for it.

dont drink too much of what you like. i think 1 can for a day is good enough.

you could just stop it for about 2 days, then maybe your addiction for it will get better.

thought you were talking about cocaine,lol.but caffeine is still a drug.start smaller.if you quit cold turkey you will go through withdrawl symptoms of a headache cause my friend has simmalar problem ,cofee addict. try cutting down to 4 cans,then 3 ,etc.start small you will see it will get easier to the point where you dont even crave it,lol

well, u can cut back on the cans, drink more water maybe some milk to. or u can drink cool aid or lemonade.
