I mean so many religious people attack its imperfections in creation like it is supposed to be a theory of creating something? What in the world gave anyone that idea? It is a (very scietifically backed up, but yes still imperfect) theory of how the universe came to be in its present state and why it is expanding and why we are getting radiations from what seems like a center point. What happened before the big bang would be a completely different theory. You could go with singularity or genesis, maybe you think everything was here but in the forms of quarks or strings, the point is that doesn't have much to do with the actual event "the big bang".

So did you know that? If not, tell your friends, get them to stop posting "How does the big bang explain creation" questions.

I hate to actually defend Christianity, but I will because I'm so god damn nice. I don't know much about it but the whole "Let there be light." thing, seems to completely comply to big bang theory if you tweek how it was written a little. Why would a Christian even oppose this?

Rod C. evolution isn't dying at all. It has been improved to almost certainty if you are willing to put aside preconceived notions of magical Adam and Eve stories. The modern theory is great and not dying, it just doesn't need to fight religion to be a good theory.

Michael M, I don't care what the university said or how you misquoted NASA. What happened before the big bang has nothing to do with the big bang besides leading up to it, but no one has one big theory for it. Even if they did it would not be part of the big bang theory. And I was stating fact in an objective way, if that makes people feel stupid they have self esteem issues.

Perhaps if you read the web pages in my references you'd understand why. I remember watching a video in school that stated that before the big bang there was nothing, no mater, no energy, no time.

The sites I quote say things like the following

"Many once believed that the universe had no beginning or end and was truly infinite. Through the inception of the Big Bang theory, however,no longer could the universe be considered infinite." (University of MI)

"According to the big bang, the universe was created sometime between.... " NASA

Perhaps you need to read up before treating other people like they are stupid when you're the one that needs to educate yourself.

There are variations on the theory, and I really like wiki's explanation which doesn't say anything about "origin" or "creation" but that isn't what most of us hear.

i'm basically happy that no longer something has ever been created, ever no toddlers, no books and no urea in a lab yknow... i basically seen something, the christian bible is 1500 years previous, the thought of evolution is from 1859.... enormous bang - 1929 in 1859 - scientists have been specific in case you slept with a black baby at your feet, it would treatment your rheumatism and needless to say scientists insisted Africans have been nonetheless genetically no longer enormously much as good because of the fact the ecu... women persons had hysterectomy to eliminate the 'hysteria phenomenon' from interior and leeches nonetheless sucked out the main cancers blood and left the solid blood interior. 1929, Hitler desperate that Jews might desire to be exterminated from the earth and his scientists killed 250,000 Jews in experimental procedures existence recommendations eliminating and twin torture (to work out if shall we control the recommendations by using gene tampering) why do no longer we wait 1350 years and notice if human beings are nonetheless conversing approximately Darwin, reason they did no longer have a solid run so a procedures. while scientists treatment aids and maximum cancers (subjects genuine now), then i might lend credence to the place I progressed from.

The cause of the Big Bang or what was before it is unknown. The concept still explains creationism perfectly. God spoke words and the world just appeared. Simple as that.

The Big Bang theory is taught in almost every state funded (fool) school system as fact. As a means to explain creation without Jesus. It is also tied directly to the UNIted Nations teachings of Creation, wonder why?

There was no actual event "the big bang", is still just a theory nothing more.

There is no such thang as the big bang, people try and try to insult Gods inteligence and saying that and how we came from monkeys ...please if they want to believe they came from a monkey so be it! I came from GOD!The big bang huh? how is it that they claim that we are suppose to evolve, why havent we? People fail to realize the beauty around them. Take for example the human body, it perfect, if we didnt have toes we would not have balance. If we did not have our two hands,or two feet. Everythin on your body is there for a purpose. Take for instance the brain, we only use a quarter of our brain. That alone will let you know we were supose to live for ever. If we didnt have our brains we would not have the knowledge to build, have power ansd destroy. God just gives us enough. But one thing we will never be able to do is blow breath. we can clone , we can donate our sperm, well never be able to blow breath into man :-). Even the poor slob charles darwin or what ever his name may be after he teach evolution in our schools has the nerve to say before he died there must be a higher power. Its up to us to take sense from nonsense. They always say how can you believe in something you never seen felt or touch............. But we can believe in oxegyn and we cant see feel or touch that either but with out it you KNOW you cant live(lol) think about it everything is this world is built up by distraction.... Next time you go to out side look around you , the trees, the birda child, no one can tell me that is a big bang, I have my own eyes to prove different.

Saying the big bang is impossible because of the bible is liking saying the earth is flat because of the bible. We know it isn't and the two really don't have anything to do with each other.

No, I don't realize. But most of the people that defend that theory use it to explain creation.
I don't realize cuz I know it's a big fat lie so... I don't wanna know if it's meant to be a creation theory or not. It's not how the Bible explains it, then it's not true.
