If you are growing you need MILK/CALCIUM. That makes your bones grow strong and helps you grow tall. You can also drink Soymilk instead of real milk..Drink 2 glasses a day along with Vitamins.
Also take 1 One-a Day Maximum Multivitamins to get your daily nutrients, along with Calcium tablets (1000 mg per day is enough).
You also have to eat a daily balanced diet of meat, eggs, and cheese--along with breads, fruit and vegetables..Your body needs the meat, cheese and eggs to grow.
Do not drink soda! That is very bad for you. Drink water.
The worst thing you could do is go on a diet as a teenager. That will stunt your growth. Your body is changing, and thats ok.
Peace

well first it depends on how old u are. if ur still growing or not. and milk is a great start. but vitamins are not going to make the process any faster. Some vitamins don't get absorbed in ur body quickly...ex. Iron, takes about 3 months before it shows up on ur blood test. it doesn't hurt to take them. eat healthy (protein), exercise and DONT DRINK ANYTHING WITH CAFFEINE! it causes bone loss/growth. esp if ur still growing.

I don't know about faster, but healthier is just a vitamin everyday would be good for you and of course eat your vegetables and fruits and lean meats, whole grain breads......usually what ever you don't like is what you should do!
