you meant without giving money, right? Lie, Lie and lie some more. Pretend that you are somekind of a hotshot from out of town. Go somewhere where the ladies are. Dress up really nice...in a suit or something fancy. Tell them a made up story about how rich and famous you are wherever it is you "come" from. Tell her you are not a local and interested in meeting a local to show you around town. Tell them you are looking to invest in real estate around there and you don't want to ask a realtor because they are business oriented and you want a laymen's point view. If you can rent fancy car or if not use yours and tell its was the only thing you could get on your short time. Spend some money on wine and dine and take them to a hotel. if you can't get a hotel ($ issues) use your house or that of a friends and tell her it belongs to one of your business partners.
you only want to bang her so don't worry about anything afterwards.
just pratice your story and rehearse it well. Play the character for a while before going after the pie.

The easiet way is to just ask her. Not the end of the world if she says no.(and if you ask a lot of chicks you are bound to run into one with low self esteem who equates sex with love)
Ask around I am sure there is the "neighborhood girl"(sad to say but true)
And date a chick that has a "super" crush on you. I know when I was in highschool I would have done anything for my crush and I mean anything.
