I would like to know any food, drink , sexual position, time of the menstrual cycle etc. which favors the conception of a girl. PLEASE.

Absolutely!
It is a matter of timing. Female sperm are much hardier than male sperm. So if you have se*x 4, 3 and two days before ovulating, by the time you ovulate most male sperm has expired and mostly female type sperm is left and will fertilize the ovum.
IF you have a regular cycle, you will ovulate on the 12th day after the start of your last period.
If you don't go by that, your odds of having either boy or girl are always the same, regardless of how many of one or the other you have already had (mathematical probability).
Like flipping a coin. Even if you had 10 heads in a row, the next flip is again 50:50

The best time are the 4 days before ovulation. There are kits to find out when you are ovulating, but the best is take your temperature every morning to see when the spike is. I believe the book is called "The Garden of Fertility". It has graphs and indepth explanations of the ovulation patterns and the activity of the sperm to best conceive a boy or girl.

Nope. Nothing short of medical manipulaton of a man's sperm to remove any XY sperm and leave only XX sperm. (XX=girl)
There are odds on births. If you have farthered 3 children of hte same sex already, odds are about 95% that the 4th child will be that sex, too.

the doc said shallow penetration. girl sperms are better swimmers. but who can remember at a time like that? must have worked. we got our girl!
