go to the financial aid office at the university you plan to attend, and they will help you with the paperwork.

I don't think you are eligible for student loans. Go to www.fastweb.com and look for scholarships that you are eligible for. That money will not have to be paid back. The other option would be to get a part time job.

Try approaching OSAP, using Google key in OSAP.ca and start applying on line. It's very easy, however time consuming.
