This girl like your cousin but you two are in love with each other but she doesn't know you love her? And wait for them to break-up? Are they an item? It doesn't mean that you are dating someone, you are an item.. That's a bit confusing there.. Be clear on this first..
Anyway.. You only said that she LIKED him. If they are in a relationship, leave them be.. Don't give them a problem by admitting that you like her.. It'll only give all sides problems.. On the toehr hand, if they are NOT an item, then go tell her.. Don't wait for others to make the first move before you do.. But then, don't be too confident that she'll like you back. There's still this 50-50 chance that she'll not like you.. Be prepared for it..

I doubt it's love.. but it's not biologically weird or even legally weird (wrong) but it could be kinda awkward if you guys go through a hard breakup..good idea to wait till high school, if not later my advice is to take it slow, and really think about things, don't rush into anything!

WAIT!!!! You don't want to risk anything like that especially if it is family. It would not be fun to alinate your family just for a girl, who you may not even feeling the same way for in a month.

first tell ur cousin about it...thats most important...if he just likes her, and hes not a total ***, he will understand that love is strong and you arent able to move on, but he is...then let the gurl know
