is supplemenation a neccesity in acheiving the it body?
if so,to get lean what supplement would you recommend?
note * i am not trying to loose weight i just want strength.

Not supplementation but exercise. It is from having a sound muscle tone that you develop strength. It also makes you feel lighter, more agile and develop faster reflexes. Go and stretch that body. Simple isometrics will do a lot.

The only supplement you need is a daily multivitamin with multiminerals.

Save your money, all those other things do not work.
Those are advertising claims.
