I learned a long time ago that flirting of any kind won't do any good if she doesn't want to be flirted with. If she does want to be flirted with, any old flirt will do.

Well first of all you can smile and tell her how nice she looks by saying you look nice. Not you look nice today. They will assume that you are saying that they have been looking bad before that day. Just let your instinct kick in
