I want to apologize to her so I wrote a poem because I accidently cheated on her with this hot chick on campus.

I'm just going to say if I was the girl you cheated on, I would slap you a good one and then show all my friends your poem and we'd talk about what kind of loser writes a poem like this as if he was God's gift to women. You don't "accidentally" cheat on anyone. You make a decision. You insinuate in your poem that you had no choice because you are a "vulnerable guy." You made a bad choice. If you don't face up to it for what it was you will NEVER get this girl back.


If you just don't want to be alone and you just want her hot body next to you again, I sincerely hope she never speaks to you again.

My advice is if you is that you realize that you screwed up, call a spade a spade and admit that you made a bad choice. Don't blame it on your weakness as a man, cuz no one wants to be with a guy who can't control himself. Your girlfriend does NOT want to hear how hot the other girl is. And she's always going to be suspicious of you from now on. If you're serious about wanting to be with this girl and making a go of it, you'd better *prove* to her that you aren't going to make that mistake again. That may mean a little extra work, ask her what it would take for her to trust you again and then you follow that to the letter.

Don't be talkin' about how hard your penis is when she's around. Trust me, she doesn't care. She wants to know that you care for her as a person and would do anything for her. You have to see beyond her outer beauty or you are headed for disaster guaranteed.

Talk to your girlfriend. Prove to her you have her best interests in mind. DO NOT SHOW HER THAT POEM OR YOU ARE SCREWED! Make sure that anything you say is not empty words or it will come back to bite you, maybe not immediately, but it will. You have to be honest or you will lose integrity with your girlfriend and every girl she talks to about you after your break up, because believe me, she won't be saying how wonderful you were and you'll have more than just your ex wanting to rip your eyeballs out. Be honest, admit your mistake, acknowledge it was your own choice, acknowledge it was a bad choice, tell her you don't want to hurt her again and then be true to your word.

Even if she still breaks up with you, you HAVE to keep up your end of the bargain, because even if she's not with you anymore, she is still watching your every move. You may still have a chance to get her back if you're true to your word, if not, you may as well put the last nail in your coffin.

Cheated by accident? Dont worry, I know what you mean, Ive lost count the number of times Ive slept with another girl, THINKING it was my girlfriend, only to wake up and go: "Oh no, not again, how many times must I forget what my girlfriend looks like!!!"

It's just so easy to forget who you're "in love" with, and accidentally shag someone else, I mean, it's just such an honest mistake to make. Nothing malicious in it, just that you obviously forgot you were with someone else, or what they looked like, and therefore either thought you were single, or thought the stranger was with was your girlfriend. I know it all too well.

Anyway, you might want to reconsider some of your verses. I mean, I personally can see that your poem is straight from the heart, and full of love, but I think some people (namely your girlfriend) might think that the line: "Everytime I see you I get wood..." might be, ah, a little insensitive for someone who's just been cheated on, accidently or not. On that same note, perhaps telling her that "The other chick was hot" isnt such a good idea either. We ARE still trying to convince her it was an accident arent we? I thought so, so perhaps telling her that you fancied the other chick might'nt be the best way to go, even when you do finish that verse with the magical line of: "But not as hot as you." Ah, who says romance is dead, eh?

In fact, Im going to go with a bold idea right here, so stick with me: Why dont, you just admit you ****** up, and say you're really, really, really sorry, take her out for a top night without sparing the expense, and then hope that she forgives you. No cheap sentimentality, no excuses.
