I used it a couple months and worked great. Now I keep getting "site advisor has caused an error in user32.dll and needs to close" and asks me to restart the computer. Didn't work. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it; same message. How come? Also, best place to get a "free" registry cleaner? I tried system mecahnic a while back but it's a limited trial. Thanks.

I already have avg, but thanks. And my system keeps locking up because I don't know what's compatible. I have spybot running. When I tried to use a2squared my system locks up. And I don't know of any free firewalls to use that's easy! I tried doing panda onlone scan, it starts, and locks up. what the heck am I doing wrong? I know you can't have more than 1 antivirus program. trouble is, I don't know what's antivirus. Is it the same as anti malware programs?

Thank you. But I don't have Mozilla. And that active x stuff is another pain in my side thst I don't understand. All I know is know when I go to add and remove programs in control panel, it show absolutely nothing. Where did everything go. I have to keep reinstalling microsoft updates because for some reason everytime I go to the updsate center none of my updates were instsalled even though it says they were successful. Although I've wonders about AVG, I think I may have to uninstall it because I've had nothing but problems since then. And if I am running another anivirus program - I hear they conflict if you have more than one- well I'm unaware of it. I alos heard microsoft told people to download something and later it messed everybody's computer up. Well I can't remember which download that was and like I said, when I go to add and remove prograsms, it's empty. I don't know what the heck happened.

If you have Mozilla Firefox, SiteAdvisor is not compitable. It runs on activeX with Mozilla won't work with, so if you have the mozilla version, uninstall it from your extensions.
