If you would like to do something about your weight, plan to do it slowly and sensibly. Here are a few suggestions to help you ...
1. Eat less - eat three nutritious meals and three nutritious snacks everyday. Cut out most of the junk food.
2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses as day. Cut out most of the soda.
3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can serve as weights for beginners.
4. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day.
5. Record everything you eat and all you exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that.
6. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.
7. Start swimming or some other sport you are comfortable with.
I hope this helps. You can do it! Don't worry about the boys too much. That will sort itself out. Best of luck.

Wow, that's too bad that you are experiencing this problem. First, you must see a doctor and make sure there isn't something more serious going on. After that's figured out, the doctor can help you decide what to do. It may simply involve a special food and excercise regimen, or it may involve some kind of special treatment. Please see a doctor before you do anything else. And don't be afraid to get a second opinion. Right now, the most important thing is doing what's right and healthy for you; try not to worry about other people and what they think of you. As an adult, I have found that people will find a reason no to like you, whether it makes sense or not. Good luck : )

Maybe you need to evaluate your daily habits. I suggest writing a food and exercise diary for 1-2 weeks. Write down everything you eat and at what times and how much you exercise.
I recommend 1500-1800 calories per day divided into 5-6 meals and exercise to get your heart rate up to 75% of your maximum rate for 45-60 minutes 4-5 days/week. If you don't know how to get your maximum heart rate take 220 minus your age and multiply by 0.75.

First of all, forget the boy and concern yourself with you. There has got to be a reason for you to have gain weight without a reason. You should check with a physician. It could be a sign of several problem, I can think of two right off the bat. You might be a diabetic or could be a nervous condition. Check with your physician!!!

Sounds like you may want to check with your family physician first. He or she can help you with a healthy diet and excersise. Find something active and do it. It stinks at first, but keep after it and it does pay off. Nows the time to build a healthy life for yourself. Good luck!

Be proud to be yourself. do not fear a rejection from some boy now it wont be the end of the world, these young years are practice for later anyway. About your wight try changing intake amount and your food types. sometimes your body needs a change to maintain its normal body functions.

you are way over weight and you need to cut out all fried foods and most all carbs. no sugar, no bread unless its very heavily grained, no potatoes, no rice, no pasta, eat raw green and yellow veggies, tomatoes, some low fat cottage cheese is ok, low fat artificially sweetened yogurt is ok once or twice a day. raw fruits, and very lean meats broiled or baked. fish and chicken breasts mostly. you are heading toward being diabetic. exercise, walk , run, bike , swim , rollerskate, do crunches for your waist, you shouldnt weigh more than 160. believe me i know, im diabetic and crippled and fighting weight because i cant exercise at all.

Maybe you should go to the doctor if you are gaining weight that quickly. You could have something wrong with your thyroid or possibly something else.
