These things sound like unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. I would say work this out if you really want to stay together. Counseling is a wonderful way.It gives both parties a different way of thinking and looking at things and why they happen.Talking with a person who is not emotionally involved or bias is very healthy. I've done it a few times for different reasons and found it very helpful if you are interested and willing to keep an opened mind.

Complacency. Its the biggest cause of relationship horrors. Feeling confident in your love sometimes makes you lose sight of the others feelings. If true love is important, do what needs to be done. If you or they need some more attention then see to it. Look into what you are doing to make the other feel loved and see if you can't change it up a bit. People interpret things differently and see acts of love or kindness differently as well. Be plain and ask what it is they would like to see from you, or tell the other what you'd like to see from them. Start by saying, when you do whatever, it makes me feel whatever. Your question was kinda vague so I am trying to cover some bases here. Hope it helps.

Reasurence over and over again till its pounded in there head after a while they still dont believe you well then you just have to leave....Trust me I had to leave........
Life is to short not to trust...If no trust then you have nothing period...
