I love cooking and trying all kinds of cuisine. Lately, I have been into experimenting with thai food, but I do cook chinese, japanese ( make my own sushi), greek, italian and a lot of french on a regular basis . Everybody should try different things! it is fun and makes for great dining !

I'm going to assume that you mean the foods of a group of people who's ethnicity is not the same as mine, which is English/German American. Yes, I like to cook lots of Mexican, Italian and Chinese dishes.
BTW, to people not of the same ethnicity as you, YOUR food is 'ethnic'. ;o)

Mexican food every once in a while (I live in New Mexico, so it's frequently easier to go out and have someone else cook it!)

i like cooking manacotti and lasagna because coming from an Italian family, i learned to cook that at a relatively young age

vietnamese food.
i'm hooked with spring rolls lately. it's pretty fun to make. you just need to buy a rice paper and prepare shrimp, pork and some vegetables.
i wanna try vietnamese style iced coffee next time.

Definitley Mexican. My boyfriend is Latino, and i cook alot of it for him. I've become quite good at it. And it's my favorite.
