What does the french word "marshe" mean in English?

The whole phrase I need translated is "Prendre! Ca marshe!"

It's written on a newspaper article that was sent to my grandma. The article is about cosmetics, why would they tell her to walk?

Better would be " prend, ça marche " or " à prendre, ça marche". But the correct way would be in my opinion " Vas y, ça marche".

You probably mean "marche" with a C, not an S. It can have several meanings, but in that particluar context (ça marce!) it means "It works". The artcile recommends that your try their product. "Take it! It works!"
