No, it is not safe. You are not leaving enough energy in your body to rebuilt itself.
Muscles need to be exercised, or you lose them, right? Well, if you over do it, you are going to damage your muscles, and they will no longer serve their purpose. You might find yourself in the future unable to to keep exercising, and it will back fire by gaining an incredible amount of weight because you also damaged your metabolism.
I would have a talk to a doctor and see what her/his opinion is, maybe they could direct you with a program that is healthy and satisfactory for you.

NO! This isn't safe if you're only eating 800-900 calories a day! Why are you only taking in 800-900 calories a day? You should be taking in no less than 1200 calories a day. This is extremely dangerous for you! Either raise the calories or seek professional help before you develop a serious eating disorder. If you're eating more, then you'd be fine with burning that much at the gym. Take care!

You only eat 800-900 calories per day and also work off 600-700 calories at the gym five times a week?
I would say no, that is not safe.
I have lost 78 lbs without drastically reducing my daily caloric intake and also swim 5-7 days per week for 30-60 minutes.
I would suggest you check into talking to a trainer at your gym or consulting various weight loss venues, such as Weight Watchers.

HI i am Lenaya,
It depends on how many calories u had that day and what your calories diet is for your size and age. For example if u were on a 2,000 calorie diet and u had over 2,00 calories that it is fine if u didn't have over 2,000 calories then it is not safe, especially if u make a habit of it.(since you have been on a 800-900 calorie diet it is safe for you just make sure to take vitamin E,K,and C)

I would say no this isn't safe. You're only keeping several hundred calories, the rest is getting worked off, you are depleting your body of nutrients that it needs. If you want to work out this much, you will need to take in more calories, either take in more food, or cut your cardio back in about half, then it will be alright. You want to be healthy, not tearing yourself down.

as long as you a eating and drinking enough. listen to your body. stop when you are tired and if you are really sore or tired, it ok to skip a day. to be safe you should see a doctor to make sure you are not missing any important nutrients and you are at a healthy weight (or getting there) congrats on losing the weight. its awesome that you have the discipline to spend that much time working out!

Sounds like symptoms of anorexia athletica - either increase your calories, stop exercising as much or both. See a medical professional at your first opportunity.
