It has now been better reported that the gentleman's name was Warren Jeff's and the number of his wives was only 40. There is no evidence that he actually slept with all of them every night. Moderation in all things.

Correction I live in Mormanville (aka South West Region of USA) i am not a morman (LDS) but what you are talking about is called the FLDS and i doubt that he has 70......next your going to be saying that mormans have horns or something.
PS: the FLDS are freaking wierdos just to clarify it.....and its not the wifes that i am dont like it is the fact that they abuse there children, live on wealfare (cuz all there money goes to the church), dont pay property tax (they dont finnish they're houses), abuse their children, and force there young daughters to marry at 14, and abandon the young men, so they can have more wemon, it is wrong and needs to be stoped....

Please do not equate Warren Steed Jeffs with the Mormons. His group, the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, broke away from the mainstream Mormons over a century ago. They corrupted the teachings of the original Church to the point of being almost unrecognizable. He and his bunch have nothing to do with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
