Ok, so I'll give you all the info:
The way I am around girls is really layed back, Im not forward at all. Im shy, but if I am actually talking to a girl I know or have been introduced to I am really confident. I dont hit on girls, never have (i'm only 15 anyways) so anyway to get to my point: All the girls in school (that I am friends with) seem real comfortable to talk to, and I always thought it was in the gay guy friend way (im not gay btw) and that they just found me not threatening. But recently (on a blog thing on bebo) one of the girls (who is one that has boys practically hanging off her) said she used to have a crush on me. I had no idea.I guess I am trying to ask, is it common for girls to like someone and do nothing about it? And talk in a totally friends way, with nothing sexual? Do you girls ever have crushes on guys who are the kind who wil just talk without making a move? You dont really have to answer these specific questions you can just comment on the general topic

For one thing, don't be too shy. You could miss out on dating someone you really like. Try being more outgoing and flirty, once you get used to it, you will like it. But in general, being too shy for a guy isn't a good thing or for a girl. It can be mistaken as being gay, snotty or just not interested. Let go of your shyness and break loose. Not good to be shy!!

It is very common for a girl to like a guy but never do anything about it. She may have been throwing you hints and you missed them thinking that there was no way she could have been interested in you.
Most girls I know will wait for the guy to make the first move. I think it is a fear of rejection on the girls part. But if you don't ask you won't ever know so you may be missing out on a good thing.
Young people are very funny this way. You will find that the more mature of your classmates are the ones you see with dates all the time. It isn't necessarily because they are good looking or have money. It is simply because they asked. Maturity in high school is a big turn on and you will find that girls really like a guy who is confident.
So next time you like someone, go ahead and ask her out. What's the worst thing that can happen, she says no and you don't go out. She talks about you behind your back? So what. At least you asked and once you get the reputation of being confident, I doubt you will be hearing No all that often. Happy dating!

Girls often like guys but say nothing about it for fear of loosing a friend or being rejected. Your a nice guy (or so it sounds) and so you may be left in the dust for a while (for younger girls seem to like bad boys) but no worries, when the dust clears the girls who are worthy of you will still be there, and be intrested. If you like someone, take a chance. In 10 years no one will remeber that one girl said no to you, but you'll remeber the ones who said yes to being your date! Daring is fun and is all about younger ppl finding out what kinda perosn they want to eventully share their life with. You may get dumped once or twice, but trsut me its worth it!!! Just have fun and don't worry so much!!!
And remeber: condoms are a mans best friend

Aww, cute. Okay girls do that all the time. Sometimes they feel too vulnerable to tell the guy they like them, so don't worry- it happens. You could ask her about it if you want, and no you shouldn't bring in anything sexual or make a move unless you end up dating. Just some ideas.

You know crush is just infatuation. Some they're feeling shy in front of their crush, some they can handle the feeling. Sooner or later crush feeling's gone after they got new crushes. Normal for teenager. Some crush feeling developed into love.

i have self assurance that you ought to tell her the reality, she ought to not sense a similar way about you anymore yet then you definitely will recognize that it wasnt meant to be. You cant lie about your age, the reality will come out ultimately and then issues are going to be a lot worse. it ought to were a diverse tale in case you've been 21 and she or he changed into 27.

i think it's wierd that girl had a crush on you,she needs Jesus and counceling. it's totally cool to like someone and not be all sexual and wierd. in fact i think that's better. they don't have to make a move if they like you,it just means they're comfortable with you.
