If it's in your lower back it might be your siatic nerve you pulled. If ir is try sitting on a pilates exercise ball while you're watching TV. Oh and by the way, I figured out your question about the little hearts and stuff. Not a doctor but........
Sometimes when backs are messed up, nerves get pinched, nothing serious, just find a good orthopedic surgeon instead of chiropractor.

yes it can, you might have pinched the sciatic (spelling) nerve. You can feel that all the way down the leg.

With me it effects my legs with a small numb felling and or shooting pain mid thigh. also my hips hurt if i twist.
