We are here because we are here. Since we are here, we need to make our own meaning. Create a purpose for your own life and live it to the best of your ability.

Yes, I believe that we all have a reason for being here. In a general sense, we are here to worship and serve God. In a more individual sense we all are called and gifted to do that differently.
As to death; that was not how God intended it to be. He knew it would happen, but it is not how He created us. If we had never sinned (Adam) we would not have been cursed and we would not know death. But because of sin, we all die.
Now, death is not a terrible thing. For a Christian, death is the beginning of a life much grander and more enjoyable than this one. When a person is saved, and has heaven to look forward to, death is not something to fear. Death is not bad; it is part of life. For the unsaved, death means suffering forever more. But for the Christian, death means eternal life with Christ.

Living for God or to obey God is why men and women were created. Believe it or not you were not created to pay taxes without end. Are to be subject to the Queen or to fear government.
Ec 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole DUTY OF MAN.
Please don't blame Jesus, Adam and Eve picked this path by their actions, including death and all the horrors that goes with, because they disobeyed God. There is no other reason.

God did not make it that we die. The blame for that lies with Eve, who gave into temptation and experienced the consequences of the fall from grace. Mortality to human beings is a consequence of the fall.

Well...heres the logical reason: If nobody died...the earth would be too crowded
God made Adam and Eve. They disobeyed his orders, so they created sin. They had kids who had kids...and so forth and so on and then it comes to us. We have sin...so therefore we must die like Adam and Eve

Circle of life.... We are born, we live, we have kids, then we die... and il all begin again with our kids following the same path.
Besides only our body dies our soul is eternal....
Besides who would want to hang on forever to an old, aching, and tired body ????

To do good deeds for the world and love one another - to use our gift of free will as given to us by God - for positive things.
