You are fine and you are still growing. Make sure you eat nutritiously. Drink plenty of water. Walk. walk, walk. Begin a weight lifting program if you are interested .... a beginner can start at home using ordinary household items for weights (cans of soup, for example). Start swimming. Eat less junk food and drink less soda.
These sites will help you.

You are the perfect size! You have a body mass index of 20.6 which is the normal and healthy thing to have.
You are only 14, it is important for you to exercise and eat right. And by that I mean do NOT over exercise as if you lose too much fat, you are going to develop hormonal problems that might prevent you from having children in the future, and do not under eat, as your body is developing and growing and needs a balanced diet to provide for your needs.
So, just do what you are doing, and be happy. Do not let magazines tell you what beautiful is. Most of the time they are wrong, as they go against what nature dictates (women having breasts, a behind and hips).

Honestly you will grow so no matter what at this point there is no reason for you to concern yourself with your weight as your height will go up. At that height and weight I can imagine you are average size BUT to manage all that eat right and be active. Not that you are overweight or anything but bad habits at a young age follow you to adulthood. Good ideas are sports at school or outside of school or dancing or something just become active and watch what you eat. Do not resort to diet pills, starving yourself, working out excessively, or anything else extreme you are too young for any of that.

Sounds fine to me...don't worry. Being a teenager is hard enough already. Only worry if you know you are doing things that aren't good for your health; if that's the case make some changes, but don't do any kind of drastic weight loss thing...Too many people compare themselves to others, or the stars on TV. You know what's right for you, so go with that. Not everyone is supposed to be the same size or super skinny :)

Well, I am 16 and weigh 120-125. I am 5'7".
It does not matter how much you weigh, it matters what you look like and how you present yourself. If you look like a frumpy dumpy fatty as opposed to someone who takes the time to make themselves look good...then....
