There is only one place to go, and the native americans went there. All of us return to our source at death.
I don't believe that there's a heaven and hell and Jesus is the only way to heaven.
This idea takes the teachings of Jesus to places He never intended for it to go.
It scrambles his true teachings and reduces them by several orders of relevance and puts nonsense in place of them.
Stop listening to what other people are telling you about God and Jesus, and read your New Testament your self in the proper context. Read the parable of the prodigal son. It tells us exactly what kind of a reception waits for us and the native anericans on our return home.

native americans before exposed to christianity went to heaven or to what they called the great spirit heaven which meant to them as a different planet. christianity isnt even that old and there are religions and people far older than christianity can even imagen so heres a thought next time you ask a question like this.. christianity as a whole isnt a religion of the first people of the world and if it was this whole world would have always been christian or another religion from the day it was created.
all religions have there own ideas of heaven keep that in mind as well

I'm sure all the tribes/Nations have different beliefs. If I recall it right, from what little I have heard, some believe people follow a path (Milky Way?) up to join their ancestors in the stars. But that may be what only one Nation believes.
But I'm not Christian, or a believer, so I'm not one you are asking of though on the 'hell' part, but I'm an certain were it true, a 'heaven' would not be so exclusive...

Indigo and CuervoBMed are right about how some of us indians know we will go to the stars and how we grow back into the soil. We also believe we will take the forms of animal. Then some native americans or indians whatever you call us we're forced into being white and read of god and how he is our one and only god. well we really don't believe that mostly. we belive in the sun god and other gods who help created the world for us to share with our brothers and sisters of many color.

I don't know what Christian's believe they lost me years ago. I believe the Native Americans returned to the earth from whence they came. Their belief is never take more from the earth than you can return. It is a beautiful belief. I think they are the real chosen ones and the only true HUMAN BEINGS.

They all went strait to hell!
Especially the babies the Christians slaughtered, and the women and countless children who were given diseases.
The men who raped the women and killed her children in front of her went to heaven. They all went where they belong.......to burn forever!

I think we all have souls. I chose to believe that we all go to a better place ..(u can call it what you wish) when we die. Just because we have not been saved or introduced to our Savior Jesus does not mean we cannot enter there.

From the book of Revelations, they'll be dead until Judgment Day. Then they'll be judged according to their actions. Those whose names are in the Book of Life (good guys, right?) will go to Heaven, and those whose names aren't get chucked into a lake of fire.

"after they died?"
Even if one has never read the written word of God, God's presence is evident everywhere (nature, knowledge, love, etc.) It is rather difficult to not be exposed to this.

this is where i divert from my church. yes i believe that those who deny Christ will be damned to hell for eternity.
however, i do believe that those who have not had the word of God in their life, would be given an opportunity to accept Christ as their saviour, after the fact.
not that i think that the offer will be given to those of us who have heard the Word, yet refuse to submit.
God is a hard being to please, but i believe that even He has a sense of fair-play.
