Light blonds have volume hair and its thin. Volume hair is a lot of hair. If it has much life and fluffs up or waves that adds to the volume. Try a pomade when your hair is wet. Comb it out, and put it up. If you get a blunt cut, shoulder length you can pull it back and that smoothes it out.

I'd say that they are somewhat the same. But volume can also mean "height." Body, to me, means fullness and that with a good cut, your hair moves with you.

I think body means more like your hair is thicker and maybe wavy or curly.....you could say it's bigger down below your roots. Volume is more about your roots. They would be taller...if you don't know what i mean, try looking at someone who teases their hair...thats what volume is. Hope i helped!
