God is not a man. He was never said to have been a man. The pronoun "He" is just used as a general way of calling him. It doesn't mean anything. He's not even of this mortal world.

"Man" is just the historical gender assigned. God truly is everything, and therefore, neither and both male and female.

We just need to assign "Him" as something we can comprehend. Much as we refer to a ship as "she"......
