You are not fat. However, if you want to shape up a little and be healthier and stronger here are a few things you can try:

1. Eat less - eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out most of the junk food.

2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses as day. Cut out most of the soda.

3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can serve as weights for beginners. Check out exercises on line.

4. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. And not at a stroll - make it brisk.

5. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.

I hope this helps. You can do it! Best of luck.

It is best to do everything in moderation. I would try eating more fruits and vegtables and to do an extra half hour of exercise per day.
It does not really matter what size your body is as long as you are healthy and have healthy organs. If you think you are fat then lose weight slowly as rapid weight loss strains the heart.
For a man anything over 140lbs is a decent weight and anything over 200 is unhealthy (apart from men over 6'6" who can weigh much more.) For 5'7" you are a medium weight for an active person.
Have a great day.

depends alot on your build and whether the weight is fat or muscle. but 5'8 and 154 is not fat, by any means.

You are over weight for your size & age. WALK!! walk a lot, walk fast. Find excuses to walk. You'd be surprised how much you could lose by doing that. Walk around your block, over & over again.
