One of my cousins came back from Iraq and things were going fine for about a month. He had a soon to be wife, a son along the way, and was making good money selling his art. Then he started drinking very heavily, and is now in a rehab center. Can anyone please tell me how I can help him.

I was in Afghanistan with the Navy and it was really hard when you see what is going on there and alot of times I had problems of guilt especially knowing that I was home with a "normal" life while my other brothers and sisters were over in that hell hole. Your cousin needs all the love and support he can get and needs to talk about his feelings and express them the longer he keeps them bottled up the worse he will get. If you only knew what are troops see and suffer from being over there... : (

Gosh, just be there for him. Are you close? The best thing to do is to not judge him, or tell him to get over it.
I would imagine there are many soldiers who come back home and find an addiction to cover up their pain. Sounds like he has PTSD, which I think all soldiers come back home with, right nurse nat?
Be there for his family while he is in the hospital, if you can. Do extra things for his family, especially if there is a baby coming. Let him know you are looking out for him and his family. And, that you love him and support him and won't ever judge him. That you have his back. Just like he carried all of us Americans on his back when he was in Iraq. Bless him...and bless you for wanting to help.

Tell him everyone is proud of him and what he did. Contact his local VA hospital for other ways.
