I really don't like fast food places, too bland, too cold and way to much money for the product. But in a pinch, i have gone to KFC or Taco Bell.

Not really a fan of fast food, but if I had to pick, Wendy's and Subway. Wendy's is just sooo goood (especially the spicy chicken filet), and Subway, healthy and yummy (AND THEY HAVE TOPPINGS OTHER PLACES DON'T HAVE!).
I like Taco Bell too (*drool* steak and nacho cheese gordita, minus the onions), and KFC sometimes, I try not to eat too much there though because they have extra fatty foods (not as much as McDonalds, but still a s***load), I eat their mashed potatoes mainly.

I'm vegetarian, so the most veggie friendly places are Taco Bell, Subway, Chipotle...
My absolute favorite is Taco Cabana in Texas...
