buy a biolage (matrix product) hydrotherapie (no those arnt spelling errors!) deep hair conditioning mask. shampoo normally, rinse, then use a good amount of the mask. here is the trick, don't rinse just yet, wrap hair in a towel and get out of the shower for about 10 minutes. just let the mask sit. after the 10 minutes, get back in the shower and rinse rinse rinse. this has saved my hair countless times when it gets dry from the sun in the summer.

Cholesterol is great stuff...they sell it at the beauty supply. Go get a tub of this stuff. Dampen your hair and generously apply the cholesterol to your hair. Then take a warm towel and wrap your hair in it. Leave this on it for about an hour or so, then rinse.....it works awesome!!!
I have been using it for years, and I have yet to find a better and more thorough conditioning treatment.

Dove conditioners are great and light. you can also try nexxus. They even sell it at wal-mart now. But if your hair is getting dry a lot, try to wash it a little less often. Like evey other day. It can make a big difference.
