i been looking for bubble tea ingredients an california but i still cant find any. can anyone tell me?

You will need to find a Oriental, Thai or Vietnamese market to find the large size tapioca, they look like small mothballs, and are very inexpensive, you boil theses with the tea to make the base for the bubble tea.
The other ingredients, are available at your regular supermarket, but I recommend for an authentic taste to use both the condensed milk and carnation type milk for smoothness and richness
