stop doing chemical treatments on it -let it rest. use leave-in conditioner after every shower. In time in will grow, get the ends trimmed.

Get the damaged ends cut off. Once you've done that, you'll need to take better care of your hair...Make some rules like you can only straighten your hair 2 times a week or w/e you want to do. Then find some really cute styles you can do w/o straightening it. Also try blowdrying instead of straightening...it's a lot less damaging. To find some hairstyles, try typing in hairstyles on google.com or go to http://www.seventeen.com Hope I helped and good luck!

Leave enough hair to pull it back of your head. Let it grow, but cut the ends when you can. condition it with a very light blond permanent coloring after you have cut off what was straightned or otherrwise colored.
Use hair conditioner and leave it in. Use something with refined castor oil in it or something similar. Let it grow. Lets a blunt cut...be able to pull it back of your head, this straighens it enough..you'll have slow waves.

Warm some extra virgin olive oil, saturate hair, wrap with plastic wrap, then a towel, leave on for an hour. Shampoo, may have to lather twice, rinse well. If all else fails, get a trim.

deep condition your hair like every two weeks, focusing on the tips of your hair. and when you wash it off, don't wash it all off, just leavre a little on at the tips. and plz dont towel-dry (like, rubbing the tips) your hair. well, actually, you CAN towel-dry, but really gently, like envelping your hair in a really soft towel and patting it gently a few times. and let hair air-dry--don't blow-dry it.

there is no way to permanently fix damaged ends, oh how i wish there was though. you can disguise them with cremes and serums, but the only real fix is to get a trim and cut off those nasty ends.
