How to Kiss on a Date
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The date's gone well, and now it's almost over. Here are some tips on the how and when of kissing.
Steps:
1. Look for positive body language, such as eye contact, uncrossed arms and head tilted toward you.
2. Do it. Waiting just makes the moment awkward.
3. Maintain eye contact as you close in. Try not to close your eyes until after making lip contact.
4. Tilt your head slightly to one side to avoid bumping noses.
5. Press your lips gently against your date's. Try not to suck his or her breath away just yet.
6. Release. Look into your date's eyes. If he or she isn't looking back at you the same way, then you probably shouldn't continue.
7. Kiss your date again. There's more flexibility to this kiss.
8. Explore - softly kiss your date's neck, ears and eyelashes. By this time, you'll have a better feel for how and where to kiss your date.
Tips:
Keep the kissing simple for now. Use a soft touch that will calm your date, especially if this kiss is the first one.
How to French Kiss
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
French kissing is similar to another French invention: Champagne. A little bit will make you giddy but too much can lead to trouble. Whether you're studying up before a first date or simply curious, here are some French kissing techniques for anyone looking to learn how to French kiss.
Steps:
1. Remember that French kissing can quickly unhinge passions. Start with gentle pecks and tongue-free kisses as you get to know someone.
2. When you're ready to French kiss, lean toward your date with your head tilted slightly to avoid bumping noses. Men may put wrap their arms around a date's waist; women may wrap their arms around a date's neck.
3. Make eye contact as you lean toward one another but close your eyes as the lips meet. Inadvertent eye-contact mid-kiss can be quite awkward.
4. As you lean in for the kiss, have your lips parted ever so slightly and inhale through your mouth to heighten the senses and to avoid breathing on your date.
5. Allow your lips to brush against each others to create light, feathery kisses. Keep the tongue in your mouth initially.
6. As the kiss warms up, allow your tongue to flicker onto your date's lips. Don't let your tongue linger - keep the flickers quick and gentle.
7. If your date responds in kind, let your tongue extend back toward his or her tongue. Keep the movement light and gentle - tongue wrestling is a no-no.
8. Breathe through your nose as your tongues touch playfully and sensually.
9. Lose yourself in the moment: give complete attention to the kiss. If your mind is on anything else, you're missing out on the full experience.
10. End the kiss. French kissing can get messy if continued without breathers. Take time to nuzzle necks, nibble ears or whisper sweet nothings before diving in for another kiss.
Overall Tips:
Fresh breath is essential. Avoid smelly foods (garlic, brie cheese, corn chips, coffee) beforehand. Freshen up with a mint or gum, making sure to dispose of the gum before kissing.
Some people find it helpful to practice French kissing on ice cream. It's a chilly but effective way to practice tongue flickers.
Read your date's body language to ensure a French kiss would be welcomed. Holding hands and gentle brush-ups during the date are good signs.
There is no single right way to French kiss. Kissing is as individual as the people doing it. The most important thing is to be true to yourself, your date and the moment.
Overall Warnings:
French kissing can quickly unleash passions. Know your limits beforehand and be prepared to put the other person on hold when you reach them.
French kissing improves with practice. Don't be dismayed if your first time French kiss fails to ignite fireworks. Practice makes perfect.

You could ask if you could practice with one of your best guy friends, just let them know you're still just friends if that's how you feel. The better solution is find yourself a partner who likes you for who you are, tell them you're bad at kissing before hand, if they really like you then they'll be patient with you and teach you how. If both of you are bad kissers learn together what feels right to both of you together.

Kissing should be natural and what you are feeling at that moment. How can you practice kissing...it needs to be done with an actual person and not a pillow.

try looking at romantic movies and try to get some pointers. Then ask a gf to help you practice...(That is if you have one) If you dont well you need to practice on something that can tell you if your doing it right (Not a toy/doll) So, maybe a close friend? (Just a crazy idea)

You don't worry about what people say.You don't need practice because just like anything else it takes time. You will get better at it but don't push it.

practice with someone you are kissing ... advice .. do not rush the kiss and do not stick your tongue deep into the woman's mouths .. close your eyes, it might make it better ... just remember take it easy
