It took me about five minutes but it was someone I had known for years and liked for years and also that I knew they had the same feelings.

"falling in love" is a fairy tale for romance novels. Love is the willingness to tolerate everything about a person so completely, that you cannot imagine living without them. This takes years to achieve in a relationship. And I mean like 8 to 10 years. Everything in between are levels of infatuation or friendship. You cannot experience love within five minutes or at first sight. If you could, love would be the most meaningless thing in the world.

It all depends, it could take a week, it could take a year. Every situation is different. Sometimes when you think you are in love its really lust. But you should know when its love.

Well I've never believed in love at first sight. It's only when you get to know the person better then you start to see the things good in that person. It took me about 2 weeks fer that lolz.

it took me about a day to fall in love with my friend, and it stayed that way until it just faded away and i knew he didnt feel the same about me. it kinda hurt. but eventually i just moved on. im in love with someone else now. it only took me one look.
