Oh, they're really easy. Try this one: Make up a box of macaroni and cheese. When it's all ready, drain a can of tuna, break it up, and stir the tuna into the macaroni and cheese. Put it all in a baking dish, top with some grated cheddar cheese and some crumbled potato chips (that's the sign of a real midwestern casserole, the potato chips) and bake the whole thing for about half an hour at 350 degrees.

Really, just about anything you put in a baking dish can be considered a casserole. Here are some other very easy ones:

Good luck! And have fun.

Dredge your meat in a little flour first (mix salt & pepper in the flour) until it's fully coated, then fry it off in batches (put each batch onto a plate once browned then put the next batch in). Once all the meat is browned fry off an onion and garlic in the same oil. Add chopped bacon if you'd like. Add your meat back in and about a cup of wine ( I use white wine but use whatever you like to drink). Add some cut carrots, celery, potatoes and anything else you'd like. Then add chicken stock or just boiling water until it almost covers your ingredients. Turn the heat down as low as it will go and leave for 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender. The best meat to use is a chuck steak or something with a little bit of fat in it.

Enjoy!!
