Well certainly talk to a doctor if you feel the need. Other than that I would look at what you're eating during the day. Stick with protein, especially at lunch. And do not fill yourself up! Eat a small lunch, soup or a salad or a lean meat sandwich on whole whet with some mustard and try some yogurt and banana around the time you start to feel tired. Avoid sugar. And yeah, vitamins are always good.

You must have tools!!! Do you have a refrigerator at work? If not, go to Wal-mart and buy a little one. Keep it stocked with bananas (yes, refrigerated bananas may turn black on the outside, but stay fresh and yellow on the inside), orange juice, raisins and your favorite milk for protein shakes. Every 2 hours eat one of the above (don't spend too much on the protein. the stuff at Target or Wal-mart is just as good as the high priced stuff). When you feel like you're gonna fall out, a glass of orange juice and a banana give you enough energy to work for about 4 more hours. Take a daily multivitamin, I recommend Source of Life Liquid vitamins. You should see a doctor regularly, but I think the cause of your fatigue is a malnourished, fatigued HUMAN BODY. Can you work out upon waking for 30 minutes? That gives sustaining energy, too.
Much more success to you!!
(lovin' that avatar, is that you around 4:12 p.m.?)

Make sure you're getting enough sleep first thing. I don't know your age but, if you are in your mid 30's or older you should take a good supplament, add co Q10 also to your diet. Go to Wal Mart if you have one iin your area, and in the veggie section you will find some juice products called "Bolthouse" There are a variety of different kinds. They ALL taste great and have no preservitives that are harmful. I suffer with Myasthenia Gravis and should have been dead by now. I changed my diet and went nearly all natural and now race dirt bikes with my son. Nutrition is the key to healthy living. If you keep eating out of a can or plastic bag you will continue going down hill. Eat smart. Be well.

Getting more sleep at night will make a profound difference...also eat a good breakfast and smaller lunch. If you eat a large lunch rich in carbs, that can slow you down real quick. Avoid drinking a lot of coffee or sugar throughout the morning, that will make you crash in the afternoon as well.
8 hours of sleep if possible, a large healthy breakfast and light lunch might help.

My nutritionist is really big on the "Power Bar" for a afternoon snack. Go for one that has around 15 grams of protein.
Or could it be that your body is telling you...take a break! Going full speed until 8 or 9 pm is a crazy pace. Reevaluate your schedule.....don't burn out.

Are you getting a decent amount of sleep and maintaining a healthy diet?
Do you snore? Snoring can sometimes be the result of sleep apnea, which basically means that you stop breathing during the night and never get a decent amount of deep sleep. My dad had apnea and would come home from work at 4 and sleep until dinner. After dinner he'd sleep some more. Excessive fatigue can definitely result from sleep apnea.

Go get a Jamba Juice with a energy boost at 2:30 everyday. That will help you through the afternoon slump.

Try going to bed a little earlier and not doing much the night before such as drinking or going out..... always helps me... and also make sure YOU EAT 3 FULL MEALS a day.... even if your not hungry try eating a little more food on top of your meals, energy foods like rice, potatoes, meat, chicken, etc...

You have irritable bowels, nightmares, acid indigestion and fatigue according to your last previous questions. If that is all true, you are under to much stress and need a vacation, before you get a heart attack. Go see your doctor. If it is not true, take a high colonic...
