my sister~ they shouldnt be kissing at all. Neither is ready emotionally for what physical intimacy brings. I know that television and movies leads you to think you are more mature, but hear me when I say you are not ready. I pray someone whose opinion they value would reveal that to them.

Well sorry to say this but I think that she's just trying to be cool by going out with someone younger! Her and her friends probably think he's just cute like a little kid!
