If you go down on Central or 27th, you can probably find Mexican crabs...

I've never heard of Canada Crabs. I've munched it all over, but still this draws a blank. Is there really such a species, and if so, how does it differ from Dungeness or Alaskan King? Is it smaller like soft shell or Blue crab?

Where can I get it in California?
