*I'm not really sure how many calories I ate, but I feel pretty sucky right now...
*what can I do to feel better?

You are worrying too much about calories. You may already have issues with eating and eating disorders, and the things that you do need to help that.

If this is a binge, you need to remember that you are not being good to yourself, you are hurting yourself, just like someone who doesn't care about school, someone who uses drugs, or someone who cuts.

The best thing to do is start tomorrow. One day at a time. Get some exercise - maybe 30 minutes, but no more than an hour. Eat healthy meals tomorrow. You can do it tomorrow, and then think about being good to yourself again.

If you repeat this, you will build a good life, and a healthy life, with a healthy body.

The only way to get ris of excess calories is to exercise! Accept what you have done, dont get all guilty about it and go for a walk. Drinking water will help get rid of that sluggish feeling you have right about now!

You can exercise and work off the extra calories. You won't gain weight just from one day of binging though. Just consume less calories for the remainder of the week and you'll be okay. Just don't stick your fingers down your throat and barf it up-that would be so uncool. lol

How far is it to your gym? Walk there, and then get on the treadmill. Don't stop until you have walked off tons of calories. That's called "learning the hard way."

u can listen to some of ur favorite music and go running
