First you have to make a basic humus, when finish with the basic you can add flavors to your liking:
Basic Humus

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

No, but I wish I did....... I can give you a few pointers in the right direction though.....
1 large can chick peas
1# spinach washed and blanched
1 small can Artichoke hearts (Use Roland Brand if available)
2 med cloves garlic (more to taste if desired)
3 Tablespoons Tahini (more to taste if desired)
Salt and Pepper to taste (I recommend fresh ground white pepper)
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Blanch and shock the spinach ( quickly dunk in rapidly boiling heavily salted water and immediately transfer to an ice bath)
Drain the chick peas, artichoke hearts and combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree and keep tasting and modifying your seasoning. Season lightly as you go as it is easier to add more, but impossible to take out.
I estimate that this should yield around a quart +/-
Hope this turns out ok :-)
