I'm not sure what state Dutch Master works in...but that not how most states work.
Keeping in mind each state has differant laws, many are similar. They can not take more then 25% of your wages, and only one garnishee at a time. The rest have to stand in line to take their turn.

They have to approach your boss and the company accountant with hard evidence that you are dodging the debt, along with their credentials. If the boss and accountant agree, then the garnishment begins. If your wages are being garnished, you may try the NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) and file a grievance. Or you can always quit to avoid it, but then you have no income. There's also contract labor, which may or may not be subject to garnishment.
Dodging a debt does not include child support, alimony, government taxes, or bail jumping--for those the government will still come after you, job or no job. B.

AS MANY AS YOU OWEMONEY TOO AND HAVE FORGOT TO PAY . THE FIRST ONES THERE WITH THE COURT GARNISHEE GET THE HIGHER PERCENTAGES AND THEN GOES DOWN FROM THERE PERCENTAGE WISE .WE ONCE WERE THE TENTH COMPANY TO GARNISHEE A STIFFS WAGES - LOL . tOOK US 9 YEARS TO COLLECT IT ALL BUT WE GOT EVERY PENNY ,PLUS INTEREST , PLUS FEES, AND LATE CHARGES !!!! THE GUYS DEBT WAS LIKE $840.00 AND BY THE END HE PAID ALMOST $7,200.00
