I have a house I live alone I need a friend(Female Friend) to help.
Make a home if we get along then love will grow. Sorry I must say
if we don't then out you will go. I have lots poems to share but they
don't mean anything with out you there. I wish to make songs with
somone who cares. If you think this could be you, to make a great

I saw a story line on this exact situation on one of the new shows.
You interview for a roommate, housekeeper. She has to want specifically to keep house and meals, shopping, etc. For this she pays no rent or anything else.
Her spending money would have to come from a job. Part time or otherwise.
