If you want one without cooking, make a chef salad. You could use a grill and cook chicken or steak and gr.peppers, red peppers, onions, and mushrooms and serve with french bread. Or one my family always liked is hamburger pockets. You take some aluminum foil and put sliced potatoes, diced onions, and sliced carrots and a hamburger patty on it. Then salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of margarine and seal the foil up into a pouch or packet. Then put this in another piece of foil, as when the marg. melts, it may leak out of the first one. Put on a medium heat grill for 1 hour, test with fork, when carrots are done, it's ready.

Pasta. Just boil any type for 8/10 minutes and then mixed it with any kind of sauce that you have simmering in a pot. To this you can add your favorite veggies, or meat. If you want to go the easy way buy pre-cooked chicken strips, frozen meat balls, even canned tuna & when you put your sauce to simmer just add the meat to it then add thepasta stir and simmer for a couple minutes and your done.

fresh green salad ( spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers)
take a skillet, and put seasoned pieces of steak or chicken in there for 5-10 minutes on each side or until done, then put vegetables in there for a few minutes ( peppers, carrots, brocolli)
This simple stir fry dinner is really good!
