my best friend just broke up with this guy about a month ago and i like him and i think he likes me but i could never hurt my best friend but i like him alot what do i do?

I think the best thing to do is ask the guy first to see if he likes you too. If he does like you let him know that you like him to but you need to let your friend know that you two like each other and that you need to ask her if it's ok to be with him and if he understands you and says he'll wait for your answer then he's a great guy, but if he tells you not to worry about what your friend thinks then you need to just forget about him because he doesn't care about her feeling and you do.

Your Bestfriend would be crushed if you told this guy you liked him. This has happened to me before, but I didnt act on it, I am so glad I didnt. Just goes to show what type of guy he is and how he feels about women, if he would get with you knowing the two of you are friends. There are too many guys out there, you can throw this one back and find someone who will not cause so much drama!

Its great that your asking about this, and not just saying yes. It shows your considering your friends feelings. Let her know. Don't tell her over AOL, you need her to see your face so she knows your not just lying about it. If she agrees, remember don't start talking about him every second. It may cause her to feel rejected, and she may be reluctant to tell you how she really feels about the situation.

boyfriends come and go, but best friends are there for a life time, and a lot more than boyfriends will ever ever be there for you. And if your best friend dated him, you should stay far far away from him. Besides if she broke up with him there has to be something wrong with him!!!!!!! so you would be wise to not like him, and to stay away from him. DUH

If you like him, you like him. Ask her how she feels about you going out, and if she says you shouldn't, explain to her why you like him and that you had a chance so you should too. If she gets mad, it will probably blow over, but if it doesn't you don't want a friend like that anyways.
