In the early stages of Lyme disease, you may experience flu-like symptoms include a stiff neck, chills, fever, swollen lymph nodes, headaches, fatigue, muscle aches and joint pain. You also may experience a skin rash around the area of the tick bite. Joint and muscle pain are other early signs of Lyme disease.
You need to go to your family physician.

I had Lyme disease and don't remember much of the early symptoms. It was a lot like having the flu. I didn't get help then, because there was no rash and I didn't know I had it. About 9 months later I had a terrible headache, temperature, and achey joints that wouldn't go away. I went to the doctor, who did a blood test, and called me like 2 or 3 weeks later with the Lyme diseaze diagnosis.
