First of all you need a relationship with Jesus Christ who is Love. And if you do have a relationship with Him, then keep a continual fellowship with Him so that he can show you His unconditional love. You will learn that you are wonderfully made by a wonderful Creator. He has created you like no other. The Holy Spirit will reveal to you things about yourself that you need to know. Try not to be so hard on yourself, I think sometimes there are things about ourselves that we don't like. Although God never changes, He is in the business of changing us for the better. Just trust in Him.

No one can really answer that but you.
Think of all the positive aspects of your personality, things like patience, kindness, eager to learn, good sense of humor and things like that.
Then think of all the abilities and gifts that you have, even little things and write them all down. Everyone has abilities and things that they can offer.
Once you start recognizing your abilities and strengths you'll begin to respect and care about yourself more.
Also, make sure you don't judge yourself harshly. Everyone is their own worst critic but if you fall into a habit of always putting yourself down then you'll just make yourself miserable and your self-respect will go way down.
Everyone makes mistakes and everyone has weaknesses so the best thing to do is just realize that you're no different than anyone else in this respect and that any mistakes you make can be great learning experiences.
Offering your talents and abilities to others can be a great way to help you feel better about yourself too. Volunteering at an animal shelter, a food pantry, a hospital or school can be a great way to boost your self-esteem while helping other people.
Because loving yourself is all about self-esteem and self-respect, so once you start treating yourself as a good and worthy person then you'll begin to care about yourself more and more.

Have you ever been kind to someone else because you had compassion for them? Sure you have. Now is the time to have some compassion for YOU. You are only human, doing the best you can, groping through life like all of us. You are embroiled in the struggle of human-ness, and are no doubt a very likeable person, so go easy on yourself, and learn to make friends with the man (or woman) in the mirror.

You need to change your way of thinking which is difficult i know and build up your self esteem and confidence. You need positive people around you. You need to visit gp if you are feeling extremely low and describe symptoms to them as they may feel you need some antidepressants and counselling to help you build positive feelings and talk through what has made you suffer this lack of self confidence and remember beauty is inside not outside and is in the eye of the beholder.

Look at yourself in the mirror and say its going to get better
Tell yourself your beautiful.
Believe in yourself.
Every morning and your mind will believe it remember you have to believe in yourself so others can believe in you.
The first times it will be emotional painful.
