I'm sure some other person knowns this... thats why i came here and asked obviously but if cain and able was adam and eve's only children how the hell did life go on did they do it with eachother or did they do it with thier mother? i dont get it. the only way i see life going on is if they had kids with there mom and even then brothers and sisters overall really close relatives would have to **** is this what ended up happenening.

you need to read further. adam and eve also gave birth to seth and a whole wack of daughters. it says so after seven generations from cain.

No, the thing is that there wasnt an Adam and Eve. There were several familes and Adam and Eve was just a story for the youth.
Dont think about it that way. You have to understand that if you believe in the bible you have to be open to interpretation cause not everything that the bible says is true. And I dont mean that in an offensive way.

According the the Bible, Adam and Eve had other children too, not just Cain and Abel. So yes, they would all be brothers and sisters. Nice story, huh?
I wouldn't lose any sleep over this one, though, because the Bible is a fairy tale. Adam and Eve never existed.

Adam and Eve lived several hundred years. And they had many,many,many children... The prohibition against incest was not in place at that time... Brothers and sisters got togeather. Then Aunts and uncles got togeather with nieces and nephews and on andonandon.....
