It depends! If you like her in that way then it is wrong. I have grappled with this subject myself. If during work hours and you will return to work after lunch, then fine. If outside of work then this is a problem. I have had a boyfriend cheat on me with a co-worker before. It would also depend on the profession.
Also, you might disclose this info to your signifiganct other and see if they approve.

It's not wrong if you just want lunch. But just to be on the safe side, ask you wife if she thinks having lunch with a co worker of the opposite sex is okay.

I go out to lunch with my male coworkers all the time some of whom are married. We get along great and talk about the office. Unless you are going to invite her to lunch as a precursor to something else then a sit down lunch would be acceptable.

you are a pig and an adulterer. u should wear the scarlett A. your poor wife no wonder this world is so messed up and families are raised in single parent homes. its a domino effect...
Man/Wife
Man cheated/backstabs wife, vows, lies, hurts destroys wife and family.
Divorce
Kids being raised by mom
Father not around to busy screwing....
kids w/o fathers boys turn to gangs & drugs...
girls w/o fathers attract similar deadbeats that abuse them & coerve them into drugs & other abuse.
Girls become codependent on abusive men.
leads to depression for both sons & daughters..
drugs..
high school drop outs..
jail for delinquent behavior..
end result..... a bunch of drug addicts with no education working minimum wage at burger king. divorced too...the end!
so think twice before u think with your other head... men dont give a damn who they destroy~

It is absolutely wrong unless you invite a few more people with you. She'll think you are hitting on her. And you don't want that. You might lose your job .
