i'm 5'9 190. Tips are great. Thanks for answering♥

To lose 20 lbs in 2 months means you will need to lose 2.5 pounds per week. This is pretty extreme.

I can't tell you whether or not you are at a healthy weight to lose that much weight so fast but I can tell you how to do it.

To lose 2.5 pounds a week means you need to have a calorie deficit of 8,750 each week - or 1,250 a day.

That is a LOT, some of the most extreme lifestyle changes say not to have a deficit of more than 1,000 a day.

To figure out how much you should eat and exercise, find out how many calories your body needs every day: You will need to put your age and gender along with 5'9 and 190 into this calculater:
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/

Assuming you are a 30 year old woman, that is 1,665 calories a day you need just to function. So if you were to limit your daily calories to 1,165 - you would have a deficit of 500 and you would still need to exercise each day enough to burn 750 calories. (500 + 750 = 1,250 caloric deficit you need daily).

That would be a lot of exercise but it's not impossible and you can definitely do a whole lot of good aiming for your goal - even if you don't hit 20 pounds lost you may lose 15 and that would still be great! You could finish off those last 5 pounds later, remember, being fit and healthy is a lifelong lifestyle process not something for just a month or two.

I hope this is helpful.

You can do it. I did. The best way that worked for me was that I got up and started doing things for myself again instead of trying to please everyone. I became very energetic when I began to just start walking and taking vitamin supplements. Be conscious of what you eat, not necessarily how often. If you must eat carbs make sure that they are complex instead of refined sugar and procesed foods. Dring a lot of water-all the time. Exercise even if it's just walking, and do at least a couple of miles very fast-as fast as you can go. Just put your headphones on and take off! Get some free weights and do some reps for your arms and back. This will help you to continue burning calories and keep your metabolism up. For snacks just eat fruits and veggies. There are high-protein snacks out there like hummus that is seasoned several different ways and perfect for dipping veggies. Use skim milk, 2% cheese, and...good luck!

Well, I was able to lose that in one week. That came with severe depression due to a divorce. I would not recommend it. Twenty lbs in 2 months is very doable. Just get your portions and caloric intake under control and increase your daily activity...(walking, swimming, biking). You should be able to get that off with no problem. You can drop that first 5 lbs just by drinking the recommended 64oz of water a day (8 - 8oz glasses).

Cut out all sugar and fat from your diet, and start exercising as much as you can, I lost 60 lbs in 3 months and have kept it off for the last 6 years.

Cutting curbs from your diet. It works. I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. You can eat plenty of meat, cheese and eggs. No potatoes, bread, rice or sweets. Not too many veggies either. I swear, it works! Gym would help also even more!

-Treadmills work best for me... run atleast 30 min a day if not more.
-Limit what you eat, BUT DO NOT STOP EATING! Checkout health food websites on google to find good recipies that will keep you satisfied.
-Try 3 small meals a day and quick healthy snacks inbetween.
-Along with a daily excersise do something extra every second day; like swimming or bike riding or tennis.
-Avoid all junk food, otherwise your just wasting your time with everything else.
-And remeber to stick with it! It all pays off!
GOOD LUCK! :)
