I can't blame the little bugger. I have a huge crush on you too! But that has nothing to do with your question.
Anyway, you need to tell him you're not interested but let me ask you this - where did he ask you out to and would you like to go there as friends? You could tell him yes, but make it clear you will be his friend, not his boyfriend. This will let him know you don't DISLIKE him and maybe you guys will have a good time but will also let him know not to hit on you. Assmuming you don't DISLIKE him tell him, be straitforward & direct. And if you do dislike him, well then you're pretty much on your own - if you're honest with him he's gonna be hurt but he better just suck up and take it like a man and move on!

Depending on how old, you both are, just let him down easy. Just remember your own crushes, and be gentle.
Don't know why people are all up in arms, by your typo, it does happen.
Google was supposed to be Googol, but somebody made a spelling mistake. I wonder what happened to them? lol
Didn't do them that much harm did it.

Tell him you'd love to date him, but you make a rule of dating guys who are only your age. When he get's to be your age (which he never will) then you'll go out with him...and smile so you don't hurt his feelings! Godloveya!

if you like him just say yes...if not then tell him u cant date him no matter how you feel because you have a strict rule not to date you friends brothers because it causes problems & you dont want any thing to come between yourself & your friends!
