They might be intimidated. Being in the military is a tough job, they might feel like their masculinity is taken away being with a woman of high power.

Some guys are intimidated by that because Military women tend to be more aggressive and self reliant. Most can not be pushed around or dominated by men unless they want to be.Even though you are a woman, some men are weirded out all because the Military is a strong, not passive unit.Stay strong,if they can't deal with a strong, maybe a take charge kind of woman.Move on with no regrets.

Not me. I dated a girl that was a Capt. in the USAF. She was a freak. She got transfered to Japan and met a Maj. I like military woman. I can see where a guy looking for a ltr would be gun shy. Mil woman can get shipped out and they are gone. I still think it is sexy.

Well, I think that a lot of guys think girls that are in the military are kind of ummm.. well, Dikey (is that a word). It doesn't always work that way there are some hotties in the Military too. Also I don't think the guy wants the girl to be tougher than them.

Wouldn't bother me a bit. I would love to be able to in the Air Force, but I'm a pilot and they can't promise me a pilot slot. In fact, I think it would be a turn on to most of my close friends.
