he know i like him and he always flirts with me and asks me to the movies but he dosnt want to go "steady"

Be his friend but find someone else he'll be kickin himself if he knows that your with someone else and that he could've had you. Jealousy is a very nice weapon

B.Find another guy their are lots of guys out there one of them or bound to like you.
C.Make him jealous with another guy

take your time w/ him...let him get to know you better don't push to hard or to fast...hang w/ him go out party go to movies become friends first.

drop him, there are other reasons he doesn't wanna go out. He's either not ready or enjoys bein single and is talking to more than just you.
